One day, a fox invited a stork (鹳) for dinner． The stork was very happy to go to the fox’s home． She reached the fox’s home on time and knocked on the door with her long beak (鸟喙)．
The fox took her to the dinner table and served some soup in shallow (浅的) bowls for both of them to drink． But because the bowl was too shallow for the stork, she couldn’t drink any of the soup． However the fox quickly licked up (舔光) his soup and laughed at the stork．
