Many young people like to order take-away food. But it’s bad for health. Take-away food needs to be delicious. People like food that’s salty, sweet or oily. So restaurants make food this way. Most take-away food often has lots of oil, salt and sugar. It has too much energy but not enough nutrients (营养). This can make people get fat easily. Also, eating too much salt can cause high blood pressure (高血压). And too much sugar is bad for teeth. Another problem is that some take-away food may not be clean. To improve this habit, try the following things. First, plan your meals and cook at home if you can. Home-cooked food is usually healthier. Why should we play sports? There are a lot of reasons.

First of all, sports are a great way to exercise. Exercising keeps you healthy and strong. When you exercise, your body makes endorphins (内啡肽) and they give you more energy and make you feel happy.

Also, sports teach young people how to work as a team. They teach young people to respect their teachers, teammates and players from the other team.
